How to calculate the estimated delivery days?

We calculate the estimated delivery days by adding transit days on standard shipping method, which means weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not included in the estimated delivery days. Before placing your order in Checkout, you’ll see the estimated delivery days.

Can I place an order from United States?

Yes, we can ship to the United States, the estimated shipping days are 7 to 14 business days.

 

Can I choose to ship the order to other countries except Canada and United States?

No, we are now only available shipping to Canada and United States.

 

What if my order shows that it has been delivered but I have not received it?

Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help you to find out the problem.

What Payment method can I use?

The accepted payments method include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Which type of currency used for the payment?

Canadian dollars.

What if I want to update/change my order after the payment?

Once you make a payment to place the order, the system will automatically charge the fees. Please contact us as soon as possible and we can help you make any changes before shipment. However, we cannot make any changes once the order was already shipped.

What if I don’t like the color of my products?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after shipped date of item to request a return. Please contact us and we will send you follow-up instructions.
